Every student applying for financial aid must file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) with the appropriate federal processor to assess aid eligibility. UPIKE complies with the federal requirement that all students who receive financial assistance from Title IV and Title VII funds must maintain satisfactory academic progress.

If you have receive more aid than you need to cover your account balance, you get the remainder back in the form of a big, fat check (or bookstore vouchers ) from your institution.
Refund Policy: In the event that a student fails to enroll full-time, and you have indicated that they are not eligible to receive the scholarship, refunds will be sent to the donor after the fifth week of each semester. Financial aid options will vary depending on the student’s individual educational plan. Single Declared Major (no minors or certificates declared) Students with a single declared major who have completed all degree requirements for their first bachelor’s degree will no longer qualify for federal financial aid.
